I am Shadow Reed. I have a master’s degree from Argosy University and am working on my post-doctoral degree in marriage and family therapy at National University, formerly Northcentral University. She has been a university psychotherapist for over 10 years. She has certifications from The Colorado School of Family Therapy in Systemic Art, Play, Sand Tray Therapy, Survivor of Human Sex Trafficking, Couples, and Sex Therapy. I have over 10 years of experience providing counseling and maintaining a professional rapport with Case Managers and attorneys to children, adults, and families on various psychosocial issues in school, in-home, and agency settings. I enjoy helping others while using strength-based approaches and integrating various treatment therapies best to meet the needs and goals of my clients. I have provided emotional support and guidance to adults and children as young as 3 years of age, focusing on adjustment issues and significant life changes to address all grief needs due to loss through trauma-focused care. I aim to empower my clients to create space, balance, time, and strength to process and embrace their grief and trauma needs. I am client-centered and meet my clients where they are in their journey as they identify their trauma needs and goals and discover connections to their loved ones.
