NAMI Colorado Springs

NAMI Colorado Springs is one of more than 600 NAMI affiliates in the United States. We provide mental health focused peer support through support groups, educational classes, community conversations, and 1:1 peer support.  All programs are cost free to participants. 
 
We partner with Prism Community Collective to help ensure the LGBTQIA2+ community continues to have access to mental health support in our community.

Peak Vista

Peak Vista Community Health Centers is a nonprofit, federally funded Community Health Center that provides comprehensive medical, dental, and behavioral health services to individuals and families in the communities it serves, regardless of insurance status or ability to pay.

Through its partnership with Prism, Peak Vista extends access to care within a trusted, community-based setting. Peak Vista Outreach Specialists are available to provide information, assist with enrollment and eligibility processes, facilitate referrals, and help individuals connect to appropriate primary and behavioral health services.

Hey719

Hey 719 is a free HIV/ STI testing facility that promotes sexual wellbeing through education, testing, prevention, and harm reduction. To help you feel confident in your status, they provide comprehensive STI testing with the option of HIV, HCV, and syphilis results given within the testing session, and chlamydia and gonorrhea results delivered after a week. If needed, they assist with linkage to care for clients who receive reactive results. Prevention and harm reduction is at the heart of Hey719! They provide free navigations for the medications, PrEP, PEP, and DoxyPEP, give out free condoms and barrier methods to prevent the spread of HIV and other STIs, and distribute Narcan and fentanyl test strips for safer drug use.
