Our Shared Spaces
Here at Prism, we have multiple spaces that are available for community to use when you visit!
Lavender Library
Our Lavender Library is a chill, comfortable space for folks to read, play board games, and hang out with community! Folks are able to check out books from our library, just grab a book and bring it to a staff member and we will get you squared away!
Gender-Affirming Closet
Our Gender-Affirming Closet is 100% donation based and completely free to anyone! Folks are able to come in and take what they need to feel affirmed in their gender. We have shirts, pants, shoes, socks, binders, packers, and many other items! To see the current list of accepted donations, go here!
Media & Game Room
Our Media & Game Room is the perfect spot to unwind with some gaming or kick back and watch something with community! We have a Nintendo Switch and Playstation 5 that community can use while they are here. If gaming isn’t your thing, get a group of friends and watch a movie! Resource Lab
Our Resource Lab is a space for folks to get things done! From browsing the internet, watching videos, job searching, or looking for housing this space is for you! We have two open desks available for drop-in use, plus a PC and a Mac that can be reserved for one-hour sessions. Stop by and let a staff member know if you’d like to reserve a computer and we’ll get you set up!
Low Sensory Space
Our Low Sensory Space offers a calm, relaxing space to decompress and regroup if things are a little too much. There are two comfy couches to relax and some low sensory fidget toys to help relieve stress. If you want to use the space, feel free to chat with a staff member!
Conference Room
Our Conference Room is our largest space and can accommodate up to 20 people! This space is normally used for our larger gatherings like board game nights, Dungeons & Dragons, and many of our educational workshops. If you want to reserve this space, send us an email at prism@prismcos.org!
