Her educational background is in mental health and addictions counseling. She has experience in providing individual, couples, family, and group counseling to adults and adolescents, with various mental health and substance use issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, stress, relationships, and more. This is done through numerous treatment modalities to meet clients where they are at.
