I’m a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience in the field. I am also a mother of five. It is my top priority to create an accepting and open environment to enable change. I utilize an eclectic approach with CBT, Positive Psychology, Systems, Client Centered and some experiential. I am open to adjusting to each individuals specific needs. As has become necessary I am very comfortable in teletherapy as that allows for individuals to have the most flexibility in scheduling and comfort.
