I am a new intern with immediate availability on my caseload at A Phoenix Rising. I am expecting to graduate with my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling by the end of the year. I work with teens and adults of all ages.
Over the past year, I have been working in crisis intervention. I have also worked closely with members of the LGBTQ+ community as a peer specialist. I have worked with clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, self-harm, trauma and more. I enjoy working with diverse populations. I utilize interventions and modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused, motivational interview, person-centered, and trauma-informed care. I prefer an integration of several approaches to best fit the needs of the client.
I have availability on Wednesdays and Thursdays for in-person or telehealth sessions.
