Trauma can affect anyone, leaving both visible and invisible scars. If you’re seeking support on your journey from hurt to healing, I am here to help. I work with children, teens, and adults, including trauma survivors, LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, and those struggling with anger management, self-harm, anxiety, depression, shame, and self-esteem issues. My expertise includes childhood abuse, religious trauma, medical trauma, shaming, single-event trauma, and even trauma from past therapy. I help clients understand how trauma impacts the brain and provide practical methods for overcoming its effects.
Therapy is not a “one size fits all” process, so I take a collaborative approach, empowering clients to shape their treatment plans and set meaningful goals. I utilize EMDR, ACT, IFS, CBT, and other trauma-focused modalities to provide individualized care. I firmly believe that people are not broken—only wounded—and that healing is always possible. My goal is to create a safe space where clients feel heard and supported as we work together to find creative and effective ways to improve their lives.
