I provide individual and family psychotherapy to adults (18+) seeking to expand their self-awareness, improve their emotional resilience, and develop fulfilling connections within themselves and with others in order to thrive. Areas of focus include mood, anxiety, psychosis, personality and relationships. I utilize an eclectic approach that primarily draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema-Focused Therapy, and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
