Now offering in-person & telehealth options in Woodland Park. In-person options also available for students enrolled in CCVSD in Cripple Creek. Hours during summer break may vary. Ask about summer group options. Telehealth also available for individuals & families in any Colorado region.

I take an eclectic & individualized approach for each client that utilizes concepts from CBT, family systems, & solution focused therapy. I incorporate concepts from art & play therapy, as well as somatic experiencing, in efforts to improve self-awareness, promote connection, & increase mindfulness. I work with parents in all stages, women, caregivers, children with developmental diagnoses, teens with academic stress & self-esteem concerns, & neurodivergent adults. I also work with teens & adults in need of support with early adulthood & family life transitions & identity exploration, as well as teen pregnancy/ family support. I help educate clients on healthy relationships, stress management, communication skills, & development of positive coping & social skills. As a parent & professional who has worked in our community with families for over a decade, I understand that each individual, family, & child is faced with unique complexities & stressors that must be addressed on multiple levels with sensitivity & understanding. I believe my client is the expert in their own story & it’s my job to meet them where they’re at to assist them in identifying their strengths & developing skills & understanding necessary to achieve their goals & improve their quality of life. Regardless of where you are in your personal journey, you are welcome here & you are safe here. I look forward to meeting with you.
