Carmina earned her MA in Counseling from Regis University, where she also completed additional training in counseling children and adolescents. She is fluent in Spanish and experienced in providing culturally competent care. Carmina enjoys blending her background in education and integrated health into her counseling work to help clients through individualized care. She has worked in various clinical settings including inpatient, forensic, higher education, community, and medical locations. She has specialty training in the treatment of grief, trauma, sleep problems, and chronic physical and mental health issues. Outside of the office, Carmina enjoys time with family, reading, and gardening.
