Overview

Adrea Zaleski is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, veteran, and military spouse with over eight years of experience serving the Colorado Springs community. She is the owner and Clinical Director of Zia Healing and Wellness, a trauma-informed group practice dedicated to creating compassionate, affirming, and emotionally safe spaces for healing. Adrea works with adolescents, adults, couples, and families and has extensive experience supporting individuals navigating trauma, PTSD/C-PTSD, relationship concerns, anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions.

Adrea is passionate about providing affirming and advocacy-centered care for LGBTQIA2+ individuals and couples. She believes therapy should be a space where clients feel safe to fully be themselves without fear of judgment or shame. As both a veteran and trauma-informed clinician, she brings a deep understanding of the impact trauma, systemic stress, and relational wounds can have on emotional wellbeing and relationships, while helping clients build resilience, safety, connection, and authentic lives.
