Erin Allen Bullock, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and founder of Cura Personalis Integrative Health in Colorado Springs. Specializing in integrative primary care, gender-affirming care, and hormone health, Erin provides compassionate, whole-person medical care to individuals ages 12 and up. Her practice combines conventional medicine with evidence-based functional approaches, ensuring each patient receives individualized care tailored to their unique identity, goals, and health needs.
Dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental environment, Erin warmly serves LGBTQIA+, transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse patients, as well as adolescents and adults navigating hormone imbalances or chronic conditions. Services include gender-affirming hormone therapy (GAHT/HRT), wellness exams, preventive medicine, chronic disease management, and nutritional and lifestyle support. Grounded in the philosophy of “caring for the whole person,” Erin collaborates closely with patients to help them achieve optimal health, bodily autonomy, and long-term vitality.
Holistic & Functional Lens: We provide primary care, women’s health, and mental health services through a functional, holistic lens. We approach patient health comprehensively to address root causes while remaining a primary care practice grounded in clinical evidence.
Age Population: Our practice serves adolescents aged 12 and older as well as adults. We do not offer pediatric primary care for children under 12.
Personalized Patient Experience: Patients frequently highlight our unhurried visits, active listening, and thorough clinical evaluations. We take the time to review medical histories and tailor care plans to each patient.
