I am an advocate and ally who holds a safe space and place in my heart for the LGBTQ+ community. I have worked in support of LGBTQ+ equality and was previously employed by the Gill Foundation and its Gay & Lesbian Fund for Colorado. After receiving my Master’s degree in 2019 and now working a counselor, I have worked closely with many clients in exploring gender, transitioning, hormone replacement, sexuality, identity, and expression. My therapeutic style is warm, honest, and heart centered. I use a holistic approach to weave present and past experiences together utilizing multiple counseling theories to best meet your needs. This work allows us to go deeper to treat issues relating to relationships, life transitions, sexuality, self-esteem and self-love, grief, and more. My work incorporates theories and techniques from the behavioral, person-centered, humanistic, existential, Gestalt and narrative therapeutic approaches. Together we will work to make positive changes in your life, in a manner that addresses the mind, body, emotions, spirit, and social environment. I see my clients via teletherapy or in person in Loveland, Colorado, with Winds of Change Counseling. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. I would be honored to work with you.
