I am a Queer, first generation, Latina, Decolonial and liberation centered therapist. I am deeply connected to my cultural roots and identities as these influence my work with clients, sparking my curiosity about their own cultural upbringing, family stories, and experiences and how these influence their presenting concerns. I am passionate about working with survivors of trauma, LGBTQIA+, first-generation, immigrant, BIPOC, and other historically underserved and underrepresented individuals. However, I see people of all identities and life experiences. My clients are resilient humans who have made it this far with the coping mechanisms that were available to them or that they needed at the time. Therapy is for anyone who is wanting and willing to intentionally examine and offer compassion to their life story and experiences in order to create a life that prioritizes their authenticity, well-being, and healing. My clients come from all walks of life and together we utilize the therapeutic relationship, tools, insight, and skills to create lasting change.
