I have experience with students as they experience pre-deployment, deployment, and post-deployment in group settings where they are able to build relationships and bonds with others experiencing the same situation. I have worked with youth as they have advocated their identity and then supported their needs as they have “come out” to their loved ones.

I believe everyone deserves a second chance. No matter what our difficulties are in the past and present, it does not define who we are in the future. I am a lifelong learner who tries to instill the same passion in my clients as education is the key to unlocking our future. I strive to advocate for children as they learn to express their needs and desires. I use my background as a teacher, school counselor, and administrator to help facilitate the change necessary to unlock a better future.
