Hello! My pronouns are they/them and I identify as non-binary. I work with adults (18+) and I specialize in the areas of grief & loss, relationship dynamics and attachment styles, trauma resolution, depression, and anxiety. It is my intention to offer LGBTQ+ clients an understanding, loving, and supportive space to land. I love working with people exploring and embodying their identities, those who are contemplating/in the midst of/have completed any aspect of transitioning, and helping with relationship dynamics that may have aspects that are specific to LGBTQ+ experiences. I am a certified EMDR practitioner and offer other modalities of therapy such as IFS to help with trauma resolution. I am able to provide letters of support for clients needing gender-affirming medical care, as well. Oftentimes, we need help remembering who we are as a result of difficult life experiences, to actualize our wholeness and feel peace and balance again. Life experiences can be painful and disorienting. It is my honor to walk with you on your journey and help you develop effective and flourishing relationships with yourself and others. I’ll meet you exactly where you are, as you are. I offer a space of curiosity and compassion as you empower yourself to take responsibility of your life’s direction and practice living authentically. The process of change can be filled with fear, but you don’t have to go it alone. I come from a person-centered approach and believe you are the expert on your own experiences.
