Lisa Collingridge is a Marriage and Family Therapy Candidate, Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate, and a Certified Play Therapist. Lisa has been a clinician in the Springs for two years, and has experience with clients ages 6 to 87. Lisa is a certified Accelerated Resolution Therapy provider in a trauma-informed space, treating issues of PTSD, anxiety, depression, as well as couple and family issues. She has a passion for helping adolescent and teen clients develop self-awareness, increase their self-regard, and experience improved self-esteem through a more authentic understanding of their identity. This work may also include developing improved interpersonal relationships and feelings of connectedness between children and their parents, through parent training and Parent-Child family therapy sessions. In her personal life, Lisa is a twenty-year military spouse and a mom to two teenage boys. She is an animal lover, and enjoys spending time hiking with her two dogs, or lounging at home with her two cats.
