It takes a lot of courage to recognize that you might be needing some additional support in your life. If you are looking to just be real and sift through the hard stuff to create change, I’m here for it! Sometimes you just need another person to help along the way. I invite you to be YOU, in every sense of the word!
I am here to support you in being your own best expert. I also don’t beat around the bush – if you just want to “hear it like it is”, that’s my style! I enjoy doing things outside of the box and recognize that sometimes things need to be done differently in therapy. I help individuals with reworking their foundation so they can navigate whatever life may throw their way. I work with kids through adults with a variety of backgrounds and difficulties. I specialize in working with members of the queer community, trauma and neurodivergence.
