Jade Cooley is a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Denver, CO. She is passionate about working with adults who face challenges to living authentically. This may be because of their gender or sexual identity, their neurodiversity, or their trauma backgrounds. They often feel overwhelmed by their emotions, especially heavy emotions like shame, burnout, or worthlessness.
Jade offers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, which can have a huge impact on clients’ trauma or stress reactions. Clients learn how to overcome their negative emotions with Jade providing support. Jade’s approach is collaborative, and she always strives to celebrate each client’s progress towards a higher level of mental health.
