Hi, I’m Ericka, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado. My work focuses on helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and the emotional complexities of life transitions.

I utilize a range of trauma-informed and evidence-based therapies to guide my work with clients. My practice is grounded in affirming, inclusive, and strengths-based care. I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and person-centered principles to create a compassionate, collaborative space for healing and personal growth.
