I am a trauma therapist who has been providing gender-affirming care since I started in 2015. I focus on adults, using a needs-based approach, who are seeking support and guidance through their struggles. As humans, we suck at communicating. Therefore, it can be difficult to form a connection with others where you feel heard, understood and accepted. I am here to make observations, pose questions and provide unconditional support. Everyone has a different starting point so I meet you where you are comfortable. Then, we move through this journey together so you are able to reach your goals.
