I believe all humans need an accepting and non-judgmental space to explore, process, and try on different ways of being, but it is particularly crucial when you are young. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+ youth and young adults who are in varying degrees of transition and change in their lives. My practice provides gender-affirming and trauma informed care to its clients. I utilize a relational framework and use person-centered and systemic modalities in my therapeutic approach.
