I am a licensed LMFT, LPC and LAC, as well as am a EMDR provider. I employ a tailored, eclectic therapeutic approach in my practice. I believe in speaking from a place of empathetic honesty, and hold a core belief in the inherent dignity of others. I operate with unconditional positive regard, and also trust in the importance of respecting people enough to tell them the truth. My approach is straight-forward, strength-based and pragmatic. My career has given me the opportunity to work in multiple states, across several different settings; on my journey, I have gained a profound respect for both the unique and systemic experiences of being human.
