Hi! I’m Elise. I believe we are on our own unique healing path and that we all have the ability to thrive given the right conditions in authentic connection. I am a graduate of Naropa University in Transpersonal Mindfulness Based Counseling. I specialize in Trauma and PTSD recovery specializing in somatic modalities rooted in a nervous system and attachment lens. I am an open and compassionate clinician who brings genuine warmth and meets you where you are in your journey. I hold sacred space and see myself as companion on your path.
