Recognizing and asking for help is a sign of strength and I’m thrilled to support you in this process. I am currently accepting new clients, ages 12 and older, and available virtually or in person at my office. I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) and nationally certified counselor (NCC) living in the Colorado Springs area. With over 13+ years of experience as an educator and counselor in the secondary school setting, I decided to extend my support to all in my community as of 2021. I have counseled in a private practice with individuals, couples and families from ages 12-90 years old. My focus is on creating a compassionate and supportive environment as a client-centered therapist utilizing cognitive behavioral (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapies (DBT). I am also a Gottman method level 1 certified counselor and utilize this training in my work with couples/marriage therapy.
