Danielle Dickey (She/Her) is a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate who is passionate about fostering a holistic, compassionate, and affirming space for her clients. With clinical training in Perinatal Mental Health, Trauma, LGBTQ+ care and spiritual practices. Danielle integrates a mind-body approach that supports clients in exploring wellness across multiple dimensions. She enjoys working with teens (16-18), adults (18-60), individuals navigating pregnancy, postpartum, early parenthood, and members of the LGBTQ+ community, with a strong commitment to gender-affirming care. Her expertise includes supporting clients through anxiety, depression, self-harm, mood disorders, OCD, PTSD, and complex PTSD.
In her practice, Danielle values the healing power of creative expression and incorporates it as an element of the therapeutic process. With training in Expressive Arts Therapy, she combines experiential techniques with traditional talk therapy, allowing clients to explore their emotions in non-verbal and intuitive ways. She integrates evidence-based techniques from Person-Centered Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Polyvagal Theory, and EMDR, fostering a trauma-informed and client-centered space.
