I’m passionate about guiding LGBTQIA+ teens and adults (13+) feel seen, supported, and empowered—especially when it comes to gender-affirming care and navigating identity with confidence. I want to help you explore who you are, manage your intense emotions, and handle life’s changes with more confidence. I have a deep understanding of neurodiversity as well as trauma. I am committed to helping you build real-world coping skills that lead to lasting change.
