I am a trauma-informed therapist who offers affirming care for LGBTQIA+ clients, with a focus on creating a safe, collaborative space where you can bring your full self into the room. My practice centers on supporting teens, college students, and young adults as they navigate identity, relationships, stress, and life transitions. I especially enjoy working with women, queer, and gender-expansive clients who are seeking a space of validation, exploration, and healing. I also work with clients processing the lasting impact of spiritual abuse and religious trauma, providing a nonjudgmental space to explore and reclaim their voice, identity, and sense of belonging.
In our work together, I draw from psychodynamic therapy, interpersonal neurobiology, and polyvagal theory, while also incorporating creative and body-based approaches such as art and narrative techniques. I support clients in understanding patterns rooted in trauma, attachment wounds, or oppressive systems while building skills for resilience and self-compassion. Whether you’re looking for individual therapy, support around anxiety, chronic illness, or recovery from spiritual abuse, I strive to provide a therapeutic relationship that empowers you to grow, heal, and thrive.
