My approach to many issues we might face is that with a change in our mindset or normal path of thinking, we most likely have solutions to our concerns within ourselves. I’m here to help you address areas where you feel like you could be struggling and discover new perspectives to help find a different path forward. My specialty is in chronic and life limiting illnesses, and those who have dual medial and behavioral health diagnoses. I love working with the adult and elderly populations, and am a strong LGBT+ ally. I pride myself in being an excellent listener and bringing a compassionate, open-minded, and understanding therapeutic approach to sessions.
