I provide individual and couples therapy in downtown Colorado Springs. I bring my training in AEDP and PACT to create emotionally safe and connecting experiences between therapist and client(s) and between romantic partners. Through safe emotional processing and new connecting experiences, clients are able to rewire neural pathways to have more positive experiences outside of session as well.
