Amanda has a wide range of experience working with mental health disorders and other challenges. She is most experienced helping resolve problems associated with anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA2+ related challenges, as well as helping service members, veterans, and military families. She has additional training in anger management, crisis response, domestic violence prevention and response, and grief counseling.
Amanda works with all humans within her scope of practice. Amanda is proudly part of the LGBTQIA2+ community, a Marine Corps veteran, and a former first responder for the U.S. Department of Defense. She works with those in traditional and nontraditional relationships (ex. ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, kink relationships) and is proudly apart of the community herself. She is a sexual assault survivor and thriver, award-winning mass casualty event responder, suicide witness survivor, and has overcome many other unique challenges in her life. Amanda works with people of all or no faiths and spiritual beliefs.
