Overview

I call myself a trauma-informed Narrative therapist, and work with the belief that “we live our lives through the stories we tell ourselves, and the stories that others tell about us.” My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and creative, as we explore and challenge the messages you have received about who you “should be.” I also utilize Harm Reduction when it comes to changing one’s substance use or other concerning behavior, and can offer EMDR to accelerate and enhance trauma healing.
