I work with kids, teens, and adults across the sexual, gender, and romantic spectrums in individual therapy. Your emotions might overwhelm you or you feel like you’re on autopilot, just going through the motions. You want to increase your confidence and ability to express yourself authentically. You crave connection but might not know how to create the relationships you want. Together, we can work toward bringing you back to yourself and creating a life of joy, ease, connection, safety, creativity, and peace. I prioritize establishing trust and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship and view the relationship itself as a primary agent for change.
My approach is depathologizing, intersectional, trauma-informed, and acknowledges the impacts of systemic oppression. I often use a somatic lens and aim to increase your embodied sense of safety during our work. It’s an honor to walk alongside you as you embrace change.
