My goal as a counselor is to give space to others so they can feel heard and express themselves in ways they might not be able to. I want to develop a trusting relationship with my clients so they can feel comfortable and be themselves as well as work through anything they might need. The therapeutic process looks different for everyone, so my main clinical approach is to adapt to what my client needs and how best to highlight their strengths. My passion is to provide my clients with tools they may need in life that they may not have access to or to help them relearn tools lost along the way.

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and families by helping them through different life challenges, whether that be behavioral issues, trauma, or everyday struggles.
