An essential part of my practice is to build rapport with my clients, so they feel comfortable talking about their problems and the hurtful issues they’ve experienced. I have enjoyed assisting individuals from multiple cultural, educational, gender, spirituality, and socioeconomic backgrounds who have experienced challenges with trauma, grief, anxiety, social identities, life transitions, sleep disturbances, mental health, chronic health issues, adult children of alcoholics, & DV survivors.
