I provide inpatient palliaitve consults to assist in advance directive completion, pain and symptom management, and goals of care discussions for hospitalized patients facing serious and/or terminal illnesses.
In the hospice setting, I supervise the medical care of hospice patients, including hormone continuation and symptom management.
WPATH Certified
Trained in pain and addiction treatment including methadone and buprenorphine in patients with life limiting illnesses
