With almost four decades of experience, I offer a compassionate, inclusive approach to healing, ensuring culturally competent care for those navigating addiction recovery and trauma.
**Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy (ISTT):**
ISTT is a holistic, trauma-informed approach that combines body-based practices within an integrated framework. It helps individuals process and release trauma stored in the body, addressing both physical and emotional aspects to promote resilience and nervous system balance. ISTT complements traditional talk therapy, supporting mental health and healing.
**Professional Educational Consulting/Speaking:**
I provide guidance, training, and support to individuals, businesses, and organizations in mental health, trauma-sensitive strategies, somatic techniques, and addiction recovery. My consulting services integrate these approaches into educational and organizational frameworks to create healthier, more supportive environments for learning and growth.
**Reiki Healing:**
Reiki is a holistic practice that channels universal life energy (“Ki”) to restore balance and promote healing in the body, mind, and spirit, enhancing other therapies.
