I’m an educator, author, and bodyworker who’s passionate about nervous system regulation as a foundation for transformative whole health. When we use a bottom up approach, health and healing comes quickly and gently. I work with clients in-person in Colorado Springs, CO. I also support families across the globe with nervous system regulation practices via Zoom.
