Hello! My name is Allison, and I am a Massage Therapist, Energy Medicine Practitioner, Somatic Coach, Meditation Instructor, and Hypnosis Practitioner. I work with anyone who requires support and a safe place to express themselves and BE who they are! I am a member of the LGBTQ+ community and have been “out” since I was 14. I worked as a nurse for 22 years, mostly in Hospice, and feel very comfortable with the many ways the human spirit and body express themselves. I am moving my practice in the direction of intentionally supporting more marginalized communities at this time, as we all need a safe place to receive care.
I am not a licensed therapist. I am a coach with a significant amount training and experience. I also have my Bachelors in Psychology and am working on my Masters in Consciousness and Human Potential. I come from a Somatic approach for healing and shifting belief systems and narratives. I can support those with PTSD, but am not equipped to replace a therapist in this space.
