Looking for support or resources? Prism’s team is here for you. Visit us in person at Prism Community Collective during our Community Resource Navigation walk-in hours:
- Tuesday & Wednesday, 1 PM – 4 PM
- Thursday, 2 PM – 6 PM.
Support is available on a first-come, first-served basis, and we are ready to walk alongside you in whatever way feels most helpful.
If in-person support isn’t possible, virtual support is available. Simply fill out our PRISM RESOURCE INQUIRY FORM, and a team member will reach out within 48 hours.
We are honored to support you on your journey and help you access the resources you need.
