CDPHE Vaccine Clinic at Prism

The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) will be on-site at Prism with its Mobile Vaccine Clinic on Friday, October 30, from 3:00–7:00 PM.
The clinic provides low- and no-cost vaccines to Coloradans of all ages. No ID or insurance is required to receive a vaccine.
Vaccines available include:
Hepatitis A • Hepatitis B • HPV • Meningitis • MMR • Mpox • Pneumonia • Polio • Tdap • Varicella
Vaccines are available while supplies last and are subject to change.
