In celebration of World Immunization Week, Prism Community Collective is excited to partner with the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) to host a Free Vaccine Clinic for our community. This clinic is open to all, providing an essential opportunity to stay up to date on important vaccinations.

Covid, Flu, MPOX, Hep A, Hep B, HPV, Meningitis, TDAP
Patient Capacity:
To ensure a high-quality experience, we are able to serve up to 35 patients during the clinic. Due to the limited capacity, we encourage everyone to pre-register in advance.

While walk-ins are welcome, we highly recommend pre-registration to help ensure a smooth clinic flow and minimize waiting times. By registering ahead of time, you’ll help us better prepare and serve you more efficiently.
