Melissa Chizmar is the Prevention Services Manager at Southern Colorado Health Network, overseeing a team that provides queer-focused sexual health services (Hey719) and low-barrier harm reduction programs in Colorado Springs. Melissa attended Colorado College (CC) and graduated in 2015 with a BA in Psychology. She has worked and volunteered in the nonprofit sector for the past nine years with a focus on health equity. They are excited to bring that lens to the Prism advisory council so local queer people can access stigma-free sexual healthcare.
