Lauren Mehrhoff

I primarily work with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, and relational trauma. I’m passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ folx and strive to provide affirming care. I utilize a compassionate, holistic approach to not only understand your struggles but identify your unique strengths and life experience to guide your growth and healing. I focus on incorporating social justice into my practice through advocacy, acknowledgment of oppressive systems, and affirming marginalized identities. Additionally, I have experience writing letters for gender affirming care for adults (18+).
My practice draws from multiple treatment modalities, including Person Centered, Feminist, Mindfulness-based (MBCT), and CAMS-care.
