Overview

I primarily work within the LGBTQIA+ community, and I am neurodiverse affirming as well. I work with mostly adults but could consider working with an older teen. I currently offer an LGBTQIA+ support group. There is one open spot for that group. I work with trauma survivors and clients who want to work somatically as well as with traditional talk therapy.

    Through Mindful Springs, I mostly accept insurance-based clients. There is also an option for private pay clients as well. I have a small private practice that is predominantly sliding scale. My full rate is $100 a session, but most of my clients pay much less than that.
