I work at Creekside as both a clinician as well as provide supervision for interns and pre-licensed clinicians. I want to applaud you for having the insight to seek services and look forward to guiding and empowering you as you take the steps necessary to incite change in your life. My approach combines cognitive behavioral, solution-focused, and client-centered counseling. I will tailor the dialogue and treatment plan to meet the unique and specific needs of your situation. With the right tools, you will feel empowered and equipped to deal with what lies ahead.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has worked in the mental health field with children, adolescents, young adults, and families since 2015 as a school-based clinician with a community mental health agency as well as the owner of a private practice. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Colorado-Denver and graduated in 2015. I have also worked with crisis services to assess safety and need for increased services. Before that, I worked at a diverse school as a Spanish teacher.
