Overview

Throughout my 10 years of providing therapy, my focus is always, first and foremost, on providing a safe and supportive space for each individual. I specialize in working with folks with ADHD, OCD, and/or Autism. I also support folks moving through trauma, depression, life transitions, and interpersonal relationship conflict. I help you heal by using specialized education and evidenced based techniques including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Inference Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Attachment Theory, Brainspotting, and Somatic Healing; I help clients utilize their strengths and explore their passions to live the life they imagine.
