Hi, my name is Jacob, mental health therapist and founder of Radiant Pathways Counseling and Wellness. As someone who is Queer, biracial, and neurodivergent, representation and cultural understanding matter deeply to me in choosing the right provider, and I try to bring that same care into every session I offer.

I work with individuals and people in relationships, and I specialize in supporting Queer and Trans/GNC clients, along with sex therapy and sexuality education. My practice is LGBTQIA-affirming, ENM/poly-affirming, sex-positive, kink-affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming, and I welcome clients navigating identity, relationships, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. My approach is collaborative and often less structured than traditional therapy, because I believe you should be able to bring your whole self into the room rather than fitting yourself into someone else’s idea of what it means to be healthy, well, or okay. I offer telehealth appointments to clients throughout Colorado, and I’d love the chance to see if we’re a good fit.
