Hi, I’m Bashi (she/they). I’m a genderqueer, neurodivergent, nature-loving speech-language pathologist passionate about voice and the joy of feeling fully embodied in one’s authenticity. Gender euphoria is one of life’s purest joys, and I love helping clients discover that through their authentic voice.
My approach to Gender Affirming Voice (GAV) focuses on progressive skill building while considering cognitive load. Because modifying one’s voice takes a lot of “cognitive currency,” I work to simplify variables before adding complexity—so clients feel capable, in control, and confident as they build vocal mastery. I am Trans Voice Certified through Seattle Voice Lab and have worked with clients from ages 2 to 105 with diverse speech and voice needs.
Beyond GAV, I have extensive experience with voice disorders, dysphagia, aphasia, motor speech disorders, articulation, and cognitive communication. While I love the science behind speech, my greatest passion is collaborating with clients to help them find confidence and ease where they once felt frustration or anxiety.
