Overview

I’m a queer genderfluid therapist, committed to liberatory work as a therapist and to movements that fight to end intersecting oppression. My practice is client-centered and founded in Trauma-Informed Care, centering your identities as sources of strength rather than problems to diagnose. You need not walk alone through trauma, grief, loss, anger, stuckness, numbness, overwhelm, depression, anxiety, all the things. I approach therapy as an intentional, collaborative relationship rooted in the belief that people are inherently adaptive and fundamentally whole. My style is both reflective and practical: we uncover, discover, discard, reimagine, restore, re-story. We’ll use integrative methods to support your growth, increase understanding, bring relief from relentless patterns, find compassionate reflection, increase skills and tools in your daily life, and cultivate a transformed relationship with your experience. I’m trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, which is designed to relieve impacts of trauma in just a few sessions without needing to relive or recall distressing events. My background spans LGBTQ+ counseling, somatic and body-based work, strength-based brief therapy with teens and young adults, process and therapy groups, treatment and an all-recovery approach to behavioral and substance dependencies. I’m already looking forward to meeting you.
